According to point 105 of the Regulation on the supply of natural gas, approved by the Decision of the Administrative Council of ANRE no. 113/2019 of April 19, 2019, the supplier has the right to request the disconnection of the natural gas installations of the non-household consumer in the following five cases:
Non-payment:
• The supplier may request disconnection if the non-domestic consumer does not pay the natural gas bills within 10 calendar days from the payment deadline. • The supplier will inform the non-household consumer about the possibility of disconnection through the payment invoice.
Contract expiry:
• The supplier may request disconnection at the expiration of the natural gas supply contract term, if the non-household consumer does not request its extension.
Refusal to enter into a contract with the supplier of last resort:
• The supplier may request disconnection if the non-household consumer refuses to enter into a natural gas supply contract with the supplier of last resort after taking over the final consumers.
Refusal to enter into a contract with another supplier:
• The supplier may request disconnection if the non-domestic consumer refuses to conclude a natural gas supply contract with another supplier after the expiration of the term of last option supply, with a prior notification of the consumer with 15 calendar days.
At the request of the non-household consumer:
• The non-household consumer can request the disconnection of natural gas installations.
Disconnection term:
• The system operator will disconnect the natural gas installations of the non-domestic consumer within no more than 10 working days from the supplier's request.
Important:
• The disconnection will take place during the working hours of the non-domestic consumer. • The disconnection of the installation for the use of the non-domestic consumer will be carried out only with the consent of the non-domestic consumer. The disconnection notice is sent or delivered to the non-domestic consumer at least 5 calendar days before the expected date for disconnection.
The final consumer has the right to request the reconnection of the natural gas installations to the network after fixing the reasons that led to the disconnection.
Reconnection procedure:
1. The final consumer: • Requests reconnection to the natural gas supplier. • Pay the reconnection fee to the system operator. 2. The supplier: • Sends the reconnection request to the system operator. 3. The system operator: • Reconnect the final consumer's natural gas installations in the shortest possible time, but no later than 2 working days from the date of payment of the reconnection fee.
Reconnection deadline:
• The reconnection will be carried out within 2 working days from the date of payment of the reconnection fee.
Important:
• The reconnection will be carried out during the working hours of the final consumer. • The reconnection of the installation for use by the final consumer will be carried out only with the approval of the final consumer. The reconnection notice is sent or handed to the final consumer at least 5 calendar days before the expected date for reconnection.
